THE DAY OF AFRICAN CHILD CELEBRATIONS

HOPE AND JUSTICE, DELIGHTS AMONG CHILDREN NOW!

 

 

As Mbale district celebrates the credible achievements in the corridor of justice and hope, we highlight the key players in fostering justice for the growing children. The community based services in conjunction with the implementing partners curtail the day with prounced liberations to unlock the dreams to reality.

 

 

Mbale district reflects the journey of recognition in partnership with the aligned and purposeful actors, bringing this day today a reality, Better governance through proper budgeting and planning to realise the goals of the children with support from various programmes incorporation with the NRM government. Several efforts have been highlighted in regard to uplifting the hopes through this year's theme! "Planning and Budgeting for Children's Rights: Progress since 2010". This theme focuses on how far African Union member states have come in prioritizing children's rights in national plans and budgets, and what further progress needs to be made.

Quite a number of children in the region and particularly in Mbale district face a lot of challenges right from the time they are born, not forgetting the presence of orphanage homes and other rehabilitation centres gazetted for children.

The child guest of honour remarked the day with joy as she expressed it with profoundness, a lot of games await us after several duties or work but in her rephrases, she recalled the times of "Soweto's limelightight in up lifting children.
A pupil from Nabumali boarding primary school puzzled the creativity while anticipating the right for children where she belongs. She encouraged fellow pupils to believe in possiblebilities and greatness in the making.
The district chairperson, Mafabi Muhammed graced this occasion with focus on adoptabilities for healthy spaces among children and parental responsibilities into coalition.
The guest appreciated the implementing partners 

 

 

Kutoi Moses, the town council mayor called upon Fairness on children to ensure justice is felt. "Children are a blessing and Uganda is really blessed".

 

Kutoi believes in the traditional set-up which has better ways of child upbringing and our societies need to contribute towards child up bring. 
The representative of the implementing partners, Wasirwa Dan  highlighted the achievements in with the necessities in various institutions by retooling teachers on several programmes and providing infrastructure.
On behalf of the implementing partners, we pledge to continue with our support towards betterment curtailing the African child has a chance to learn and thrive and Uganda as a whole.
 
The office of the president in Mbale district was represented by ARDC Mana Henry, in his deliberations, he stressed the point on how often do we plan and allocate resources for young people.
He cautioned parents not to allow children on campaign trails in the district.
